Some of them were rented around 800 currently. https://www.redfin.com/MO/Kansas-City/1200-Main-St...So let's assume:90k (list, but pretend we rolled 5k in upgrades)18k down, 5% interest, 1% prop tax (est), 800 yr insurance, 190 HOA brings you: 718 moProp Mgmt fee: 75% of first mo, 9% monthly (1100 assumption) $167You'd be getting about 220 mo, but how accurate do think the 1100 is?
