I love your ambition and follow the 1% better every day philosophy myself.  

My personal philosophy is that if it is an "investment", then the important rule applies--always protect the principal.

Really boils down to what you want, what your tolerance/philosophy is, etc. 

Also, does House Hacking kind of go against the philosophy that the house you live in isn't an asset by Robert Kiyosaki?

His philosophy is all about minimizing risk.Finally, what's going on with your other 2 investment properties?

I really like the property manager personally but it takes 30% of my revenue and I’m not 100% confident that guest concerns/complaints are being handled in a way that aligns with my philosophy.

My philosophy has always been to go after smaller sq ft units, as they’re easier to keep clean and typically have the highest ROI. 

I would also recommend the classic Rich Dad, Poor Dad as a good philosophy about money book.

Whether it's a new strategy, a new philosophy, a new loan type, etc. there's always something to dive into.
