I have numerous properties so I lost track of it for a little bit, and when I found out I paid the entire late amount in full immediately......but they put a 60 day late notice on my credit report (its nice when they send my delinquent letters to my rental property).Long story short Im currently in the middle of a conventional escrow and this popped up on my score yesterday.

I suspect few would not be thrilled with this ROI, but seeing it is my worse ROI I recognize I could have done better with numerous other RE Investment opportunities.

Your dilemma is most-likely due to how much equity you have in the property, the property's income, your personal income, net worth and many more factors.For some reason, I think Canadians make some very good B+ movies and I try to watch every movie I see that is made in Canada.
