And talk about predatory, points on my sale price, not good.As to originations, there are many RMLOs out there who think they are compliant in doing seller financing, actually not from several fronts, their employer/broker must have such loans in their charter, insured and bonded lenders aren't covered with equity funded notes, and if they do any volume they may have loan concentration issues of high cost mortgages, this goes much deeper than what our newish loan originator testing goes to that they learn and it doesn't even go into underwriting!  

BE ADVISED:  States have different regulations on this, but you become an employer and must meet all State Employment regs,  withholding, workman's comp. 

I've read all the other forums about the Allure and other vinyl products but nothing came up about this particular brand Wellmade.

Any as luck would have it, I now find myself between jobs (between careers really) and I can't qualify for a personal residence until I'm employed again.

You can ask for recent pay stubs, employment history, rental history, and talk to their employer and landlord.

As an example, let's say the person is about to go to foreclosure because they got behind in their payments due to a job loss for 4 months, but have now found employment, but can't get the back payments caught up.  

. :)But get a second opinion anyways, overlays mean that not everyone calculates self employment income identically. 

By this I mean finding an investor who is willing to employ you and give you a portion of the profit.
