BS in graphic design !

I have a cute little cabin in a mountain town half way between Sacramento and Tahoe, at 4000 feet elevation.

I've been looking around the Sac/Folsom area for singles, duplexes, and quads recently and this time on our way back home to the Bay Area we stopped in Vacaville and Fairfield and found they were both very cute and reasonably priced.

But the point I want to make from this graphic story is that would this have happened if the homeless man had been living in a home?

I have not heard from her for about 15 years, but the last time I spoke with her she asked me to give her a ride to Victorville California (120 miles from Los Angeles) because she purchase a property in Victorville and she told me she had purchase a $550k house in Las Vegas. in fact, this was just before the market crash in 2008 and I never heard from her again and really don't want to because she was fairly petite, cute and used men to get cheap and free services with no intention of paying back in any way.

Then in November 2013, we drove by this cute little home and once again all these dreams of real estate investing came flooding back into my mind and I convinced myself I was simply going to sell my Mustang once spring rolled around to fund a down payment.

Hello BP, I would like to first say, " I hope all is good in the investing community".Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent graphic designer.

I would have also considered completing the L of cabinets in the kitchen to graphic either side of the fridge.
