currently enrolled in jy monk real estate class, was wondering about any websites, books, study guides etc. that i can use to increase my chances of passing the exam.  

l am a Registered Nurse presently who did some buying and selling of real estate in the past but lately I've been feeling like this is my true calling and would like to study it more in depth.

In addition, I am currently studying for my CPA and I am considering what area I plan to be a specialist in.

But in both careers, I found I was giving more time and getting less fulfillment.While working 9-5 jobs, over the past 5 years (Finished Study at BGSU in 2011), I've spent countless hours working for free and volunteering to try and make my dream of working in an NBA Front Office a reality.

In addition to studying on BP, KC has some great REIA groups that you should consider joining.

This is a classic turnaround play that reminds me somewhat of a Class C we did in 2003-4, although ours was about 3 times bigger and in a different market.

And like with most RE purchases, you CAN do a wholesale transaction to another investor, but there might be some nuances you need to be aware of - that's why you should 'study, study, study'!
