I am hoping this experience to be professionally challenging and augmenting as it is my first formal introduction to the real estate business.

Though I don't have any hard data, I think it would be fair to speculate that a very large portion of the BP community has very grandiose ideas that will lead them to financial freedom (which can mean something different for everybody) and even though there is a wealth of resources available not only here but across the web that can make different investing strategies easy to digest in a paint-by-numbers format, the truth is that it's an incredible grind day in and day out.Even those that have achieved "financial freedom" (or at least those we perceive to have) are still at it everyday, preserving and building upon their accomplishments. 

Your neighbor would have seen the easement in HIS title insurance policy, but if you have any doubts he's being truthful you can always ask the title company that wrote your policy to look into.

Truthfully, I've been following BiggerPockets for well over a couple of years now, but I haven't launched myself into the wonderful world of real estate investing yet...

Truth be told I didn't know how one of these meetups worked, and I suppose as well they are all different.

Long story short the guy is a A1 class POS, scatterbrained drug head with a big-time criminal record and loves blaming his problems on anyone but his self and has a long history of similar events just like this according to his family lol not judging only speaking the truth .

@Erik Whiting, some harsh truths in that post, but definitely things  I need to hear. 

@Tony Roberts I've never eaten there, but the food sucks.Delays in wholesale transactions occur when the wholesaler has no end buyer (or the end buyer's funds has been delayed) and doesn't have the guts to tell the seller the truth.
