My issue is that I have to give them 30 days to pick up all their belongings, beds, sofa, 3 tvs, microwave, fridge, ac units, clothes, bike so that is where I am running into this issue??

PS you can also hire your kids/family under a corp.or entity and essentially write-offcollege, beer money, clothes, beer, etc.Then there's Sec 179 business vehicles, etc.have the IRS pay half of your assetsif you decide to pay taxes LOL

Is there any other way to fix this without rewiring the home to insure as a primary residence? Non-grounded you can put GFCI in breaker box but I dont think this makes it okay for insurance though. Thoughts?

It costs less than $150 in most cases to get good photos yet there are terrible agents taking 13 awful cell phone photos out of sequence with a scant listing description.Worse yet, for me, are the photos of bedrooms/bathrooms that have clothes all over the place, unmade beds, towels on the floors, toilet seats open and dirty, etc.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.
