The Augusta REIA meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Columbia County Library (Facebook is the best place to keep track), and another group called AORE (The Art of Real Estate) meets at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion on the 2nd Saturday of each month. 

In an effort to save money, I went to the library yesterday versus buying on Amazon & picked up the following books:1.
