I probably won't try to purchase until I have a better grasp on the entire process and find the right property of course.

This would be a good concept to grasp for people who do or want to do lease options.

@Rose Mbathi good luck its hard material to grasp but just study and stay focused.

We have recently been transitioning into rentals and flips.If you can wholesale consistently and succede IMO you have a great grasp on the mechanics of your local market.Good luck!

I have no way to compare if im selling at a good price or now because I just  didnt know what it was worth.Based on your feedback though I now have a much better grasp of what im carrying.  

I've never wholesaled before, so I'm still trying to grasp that whole "concept".
