Especially in a time of crisis, giving your customers (users) information is the best way to keep people from getting angry at you.That said, I did happen to get 3 really nasty emails from people who insulted and virtually spit on us, but their hate is a sign that we're making an impact.

In my experience agents care primarily about money--they aren't going to refuse to deal with someone based on personality if they know the person is a real buyer.Approach her again--be polite (not saying you weren't the first time) use RE lingo and make your points succinctly so that she knows you aren't someone who is going to waste her time.
