If I come accross a listing of this agent again, I'm going to go at it like I've never met him before....with a 'normal' seller he is probably a perfectly decent agent.I didn't have an executed contract with the seller.

If they want a premium then they typically will have to wait for a long time under contract so I can get everything approved and have an executed lease with a tenant in hand.I have to know I can get premium rents to be able to afford the land.

No pics of the inside-if the property is occupied most owners would prefer the broker not disturb the tenant and that they further have no knowledge of the sale until a contract is executed.

In the future you could ask the wholesaler to execute a double closing to help alleviate the problem.
