One of my mail pieces I sent from driving for dollars was returned as "Vacant".  

I only accept bids from my subs which include full turnkey work for their trade/portion to prevent just that, and prevent that I get a call that oops, the electrician forgot to include 50' of service wire, so I need to run to hd out of my own pocket, and then find a 49' piece rolled up on-site that he'll take with since it was too short anyway.

The first piece of advice that I would offer up is to really get an understanding of what your exact goals are, and then be specific about defining your investing strategy. 

Just be sure to use the correct sealant if joining two pieces together.

, I would say this: Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

I completely forgot toask about tack strips and the transition pieces but they came prepared with everything and installed it seamlessly!

It will be a great marketing piece as well if the local newspapers report it as well !
