I've learned so much from just reading on this site alone rather than countless google searches.

After listening to hours of podcasts, watching countless youtube videos, and perusing the BP website, I bought my first absentee list from listsource in February and I've sent out two rounds of direct mail postcards through yellowletters.com.  

Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too.

Not only that, I have been to countless seminars and REAs in the area here in Chicagoland.

BP has countless articles with actionable steps to starting your investing career.

I have called countless realtors and for the most part I feel like I'm getting brushed off.

While I've read countless books on Real estate investing and gone to a lot of seminars I am now ready to just go out there and do it, but there is that little hesitant to do so.
