Cell phones are the next best thing since sliced bread.I can send a message to 1000 cell phone at the click of my mouse and know that they received the message instantly...

In other words, if a seller has a wholesaler marketing their porperty and that wholesaler has a partner also marketing it and then you ask to market it for a small slice of the pie, the deal is so conveluted that the end buyer has no room left and the deal often falls apart.

I hate bandit signs and I can't stand when guru's shove that marketing ploy down peoples throats as if it's the best thing since sliced bread.

He's familiar with our operations and is excited to get in and get a slice of the pie, so to speak; however, if our company profits were $400k I'm reluctant to offer $100k or 25% just for credit. 

After I sell the 3/1.5 that I am repairing to look like new, ten blocks away, I will list this property and maybe the Builders will be at the right point to have a use for those lots and someone will build Town Homes or Offices on the corner of Roberts and Mango.

Nowhere in this thread have I seen anyone imply that good PMs are getting paid too much.I'm totally fine with sharing the wealth and giving the PM a slice of the pie as my revenue increases as he/she adds value to my business.
