In the H.R. 3936, Built in America Act, it was proposed to extend the 100% bonus depreciation until January 1, 2027.

Significant improvements excluded were homes that after the 2017 sale were torn down and built new, large renovations, additions added, extensive deferred maintenance addressed. 16 of the 152 homes were excluded leaving 136 to further analyze.Obviously there is some subjectivity in determining which homes had ‘significant improvements’.

My wife and I own and manage 5 units as MTRs, and while it is certainly doable to manually update calendars across all the platforms (don't get me started on the deficiencies of iCal), we are looking to build a good foundations for future scaling as things are going well. 

I was torn by the pricing, but promised that Left Main would be built to the specifications that I needed, and 360 would be the integration I was looking for. 

The ones still open to adding new policies will only insure buildings built after 2000, or 1980 (depending on the insurer), and you have to be claim free in the last 5 years.Unfortunately, $9k for a 10u does not surprise me. 

I see a few of the guys who contributed and built this place however it doesn’t feel the same.  

The projects that are going up are built with less than qualified help, cheap materials and rushed to the point of poor craftsmanship all around.

Container homes have a market in some areas, but as someone who has built and researched a lot of unique stays, I would avoid it.

I also found the local DoorDash drivers and built relationships with them to help my guests in time of need.

These are double wide homes that would be attached to the permanent foundation (on owned land, not in a park) and that the investor would look to sell right away to people that would occupy the homes as their primary residence.
