I'm looking for ready to assemble (RTA) that do not have any particle board or OSB.Found RTACabinets.com which seems interesting but I'd like to look at some in person if possible, maybe even LA County.Current quote from HD (Home Depot) for their ready made in inventory cabinets is $2600, those are particle board low grade cabinets.I'm going to bet Kevin Fox replies in this thread.

Every person who will reply to this post is  most likely a syndicator or fund manager (well 2/2 so far).You can search here on BP, there are groups like Left Field Investors as well. 

But I agree that it's not as obvious or straightforward as downturn=less vacations=don't position properties as short term rentals.I always smiling when got reply like this :) So I immediately opened Airbnb, I checked in OKC for booking next week in January, with super host status and entire place reservation.

He also sent us a text stating that they will vacate the property at the end of their lease and to not schedule any viewings.We replied that the Civil Code allows us to enter (citing that we are entering during business hours, giving almost 48 hour notice and the reason as to why they are entering).
