Color choices are essentially the same I have in my home -- we use Sherwin Williams "spare white" which is a really nice, light gray color and it makes trim, cabinets, and appliances absolutely POP.

I'm NOT an attorney but I understand Ohio Land Installment Contracts pretty well and I have over 30 years of experience with them as both a buyer and seller.There is a gray area that you'll need an attorney to sort out because if it "hits the fan", the following may matter.
