Without an affirmation of the tenant's military status, the judge will (per the clerk) most likely either a) continue the case until the plaintiff completes the affidavit with 1(c) NOT checked or b) dismiss the case.

I say bring on more old timers with a few gray hairs!

I figured I am out of luck on that, but I am pulling my hair out now trying to get this last month paid.

I work for a title company full time, have also been a residential LO, closing agent, abstractor - and everything started by me just cutting hair on the side and buying another barbershop with a handshake agreement.

I should be easily identifiable by my long hair and my Death Star T-Shirt(Forgot I had a meetup today when I got dressed).

It is a bankruptcy deal so there is a bit of hair on it, but overall pretty clean.  

An installment contract might be better, with that the seller won't have a liability issue, better yet, seller finance it and get it out of his hair.

Is the car they drive, the (too much) perfume or cologne they wear, the beehive hair doo or the waxed moustache, how much they smile?

If you are old enough to remember the TV commercial that played 35 years ago you'll recognize the tag line enthusiastically thrown out there by some guy wearing a divot (as we used to call them), "I'm not just the President of Hair Club For Men, I am also a client!". 

No place really to set down a hair brush or toothbrush.
