I think it's highly unlikely that you really believed anyone here was arguing otherwise, making your previous post mostly just a distraction from the topic at hand.We're discussing whether payment is needed for adequate real estate education, not whether a time/effort investment is required.

When I had over 100 in my portfolio I used to manage my own also, however once I lost my good person the management of the person became a pain in my butt and i was too distracted with "management issues".

you have to call the inspector between 9 am - 10 am, or you can call the distract asking for the inspector.there are pretty much everything you have to check as a contractor for the property before calling the inspector. if you don't know, find someone who knows you will have an easier time.

Otherwise you can become distracted by all of the options and end up in an area of the business you are ill suited for or just dislike.

I would like to also add what I did to pass the test and maybe that will help:#1 I took the class, I know how I am if I'm taking it online I would never be focused enough to give my full attention there is too many distractions in the home.

It becomes a huge distraction regarding retirement (cash flow for freedom) goals.

I am devouring podcasts, making contacts and trying very hard to ignore any shiny objects that distract me from my strategy.
