I have heard these tenants are difficult particularly with the house maintenance and timely payments that I why I like to have more of a security deposit, just in case no payment or damage to the house happens. how more fair can it become?

If an applicant is difficult during the application process or has a lot of questions, they are likely to be just as challenging as a tenant.Of course, there are always exceptions, but I’m speaking from 17 years of property management experience.I hope you get this sorted out soon!

My experience has been this is going to be a difficult pursuit - most horse property is located in rural (low density) areas, so you would likely have to rezone the property which would come with opposition from neighbors and possibly unsupported by the municipal general plan.We have found several niches with smaller high density developments where we've found quite a bit of success.

These particular students were so mad they broke their contract with Multifamily Mindset just to not be associated with Ryan and Tyler anymore.When you ask their coaches and team members how many deals they have done and how many doors they are in it is very difficult to get them to actually tell you.

Definitely true, although I guess I could note there is one other good thing about blue cities and that is that they make it very difficult to build and thereby prices for existing buildings tend to rise as do rents (which ironically makes them less affordable and want to pass more arduous anti-landlord laws).

I have been going to meet ups and trying to network with other investors/operators but i find it difficult to keep the relationships fresh so to speak. what are some techniques you think i can use to let the people i meet know that i really would like to keep in touch with them and continue the interactions?
