BTW, when you see life through numbers and equations (and colors.. for those with synesthesia) you can clearly see truth through the noise.

The truth is, there are plenty of deals out there and here's how you can find them: 1) Ask around - As an agent, everyone knows someone who's selling or buying.

If they are purposely not paying you and they signed a lease that they would then they are not truth tellers.

Then you need another source to augment the heat pump.

I know BP and several books preach building a solid team first but the truth is that you could be wasting your time and some else's by reaching out to them too early in the game.

Meaning, they may have been ideal, your screening might have been great but life happened to them and assuming they are telling the truth about the medical condition (and this isn't part of their pro scam) then this sounds like a life happens event.  

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

I think every investor needs someone who tells them the truth on their deals.
