@Mike Provencher If i understand this correctly You're paying off your existing loan of $166,222 with the new loan of $173,350 which leaves you with $7,128 that covers closing cost as well, $0 out of pocket expanse, plus $148/m additional cash flow is a no brainier.Unless im missing something
