Cost of living and inflation is always on the rise and my thought behind that is why would I only be a victim of that and not prosper when a neighborhood is growing and so are the home values.I have scouted the areas and in fact met a realtor as I was driving for dollars. 

I’m a pretty green investor but with some hard work I hope to reach the success of other prosperous investors on here.

Local investing club and events that are not just sales fronts will usually help you.Be careful on the Internet, there are many crooks out there making emotional sales to you and others looking to prosper.

My credit is low 618 give or take- (I am working on it with credit versio- removing somethings that are bring down my credit) but anyways that is a process. i found one HELOC provider called Prosper that for 95k was charging 14%.
