The apartment probably could use some cleaning beyond what Tenant A will do but doesn't need any serious work.

For PB Free Ohio, Zach sends over a tech that does a cleaning of the areas to be dust swabbed first, and then another tech comes by to do the dust swab tests. 

The owner/manager has been very responsive about calling an exterminator, but cleaning the kitchen counter of rat poo every morning is...memorable.You're spot on about getting a good cleaner; they can make or break the quality of the guest's stay.Keep up the good suggestions, and thank you!

@Yosef Lee and @Adrian FajardoSorry I was MIA--I live in Houston and we had no power for half of last week and no internet until this past Saturday--just now getting caught back up--missed a lot in my unplanned week off the grid!

I wish I could do more to reduce the power of the OTAs. 

While some say the handwritten look adds a certain authenticity, a well-designed sign with a clean logo could attract a different segment of sellers who may prefer dealing with someone who presents themselves professionally.

Considering we dont do a great job of monthly sitting down and cleaning up our books.
