Get out there and knock on some doors, make some phone calls, meet with people and solve some problems; don't let fear keep you from your seven figure goal!

Most articles I see on tenant applications have to do with running the application and using the fee, but I haven't even ran it out of fear and disappointing her(unrealistic).

Most of these folks could be nervous and fearful of the transaction--especially if they are in a dire position or have never dealt with an investor before.
