@Stefan Gray I recommend posting an ad on Airbnb or furnished finder for the specific rooms you are looking to rent out and just be sure to clearly state that in the listings they are renting out a private room with SHARED common areas.

I recommend calling some city offices pretending you are in the market for an illegal multi and asking hypotheticals.I would look into the STR idea, considering regulations on those are also gray right now.

It already sounds shady writing it but I would like to know the actual laws.I have no intention of doing it if it is not legal, which I am probably leaning toward it being either illegal or a gray area but any advice on the matter would be appreciated!

The gray water line had cracks in it an the only 2 ways to repair was bust the concrete and everything new we had done for 30’.
