I don’t care what class it is hardwood floors are very durable , will always look better than anything if done right and will command higher rent and rent faster in my experience.

We didn't select them because they run a small operation (the two owners and 1 or 2 helpers), and we were concerned about the durability of the company--as in, would they be around in 3 years to do warranty work if needed.

A few other reasons I like build to rents vs. typical rentals: they attract great, well qualified applicants, they usually bring 2 year leases, we're able to incorporate the details important to us into the home for aesthetics and durability, everything of of course is new, so a lot less maintenance calls, last - they require a lot less effort to manage relative to more common rentals.
