My colleague Andrew Freed shared the graphic below earlier this year toshow that buyers are in fact closing FHA loans in Massachusetts.

I am not going to send engineers and graphic designers to the same agent on our team.

I was thinking of just doing a bcc, email through gmail instead since most of the graphics and designs come from Canva anyways.

If your kids are very young, it would be very hard to justify paying them a large sum for doing nothing besides being cute. 

The city of Richmond does offer a LOT of house hacking potential with all the cute duplex/triplex options in the Fan.

It's also only a 10 minute or so walk to a very cute downtown napa, and is nestled in the heart of a small bed and breakfast area.
