@Pat Marco  and that Pat is where I have come in and cleaned up many a mess. you have guys like this Account Closed guru teaching this stuff you have buyers with little to no money .. taking title you have sellers who know no better.. tenant or wrap buyer stops paying and unravel is a generous term.that's my point.. this is just so dangerous to a seller.. that if most sellers consulted council they would be advised not to do this and just face their problems head on.but again that does not sell guru programs.. like Ken does.. lots of subliminal guru selling on BP.thanks for chiming in.

I had an attorney come work for me ( in house council) he was from Manhatton and he was telling me to live there you really needed to be knocking down about 1mil a year to live .. the same way he could live in the best neighborhood in Oregon in a house he paid 1.5 mil for.
