Now, for a deal of this magnitude to be successful, you will need to a ton of "vettable" information to the buyer meaning you would have to tease out T12, leases, P/L and other documents from the seller.

I'm tired of all of these BS'ers from Facebook and YouTube that sending you a link to a webinar and just teasing you for an hour and a half, this is a complete waste of time.
