I have a real estate attorney that I have worked with in the past and will work with him on this also.Does anyone have advice on next steps and/or examples of terms, operating agreements, types of LLCs ect. ?

One question I have for the community is: What are the next best steps after isolating a market?

While we aren't that big, I only have 5 properties, 7 doors, my wife and I have created SOP's for all of the steps in our process.
