We had to replace some and found ones that worked with a little shimming and buildout for very little compared to custom windows and waiting.  

After having the line camera’d, they found a belly in the pipe beneath the foundation.

I ended up just shimming the foundation for my big house and it was still $3,000. 

With pet odors it can get difficult to remove the deep-set smell, since the floor beneath your carpet could be the reason for these odors too.

Or simply jack sections of the house up little by little and just shim out the sill plate.

@Austin WiseTime, scaling up, living beneath your means, and having a solid W-2 job are the ways I did it.

Hopefully you’re just dealing with some small shimming work and your foundation repair company has some semblance of warranty terms for their work.Best of luck.
