Obstacles can either build resilience or break a plan!

I feel like I could be pretty resilient from investing in the stock market for a few years but I guess I will never know if a bad deal would permanently scare me off or not since I've never owned a home before.Do you think rather than finding an amazing deal it would suffice for now simply to find something that could reduce what I would be spending on rent somewhere and then continue to search for good deals?

At the end of the day it’s all about you - how resilient you are, what your willing to do to succeed, to acquire the next unit, how risky (or not) etc. just go out there and get it!

My portfolio and the way I have structured it are resilient.

With all that said...... it's not for pity but to show that with resilience you pick yourself up and keep going!!!!

Self employed tend to think like I think and they are more resilient to changes in the economy.

Is there something else to put in that is resilient and cost effective?

This has not been driven by one single development (like Foxconn) but is comming from abroad base and is therefore much more resilient to changes.My personal investment startegy follows the classic idea of school districts.

Just straight up grit, resilience, and perseverance.
