Here’s the TRUTH - If the entire Federal bureaucracy shut down tomorrow, within two years ll NECESSARY functions would be performed by private sector and private charities, the charities  which would have more than enough money from donations from the public no longer paying taxes to fund the bureaucrats, the congressman and Senators $25 million each in “speaking fees” the waste and fraud currently being exposed that has the political establishment scared to death, as well as not having their savings robbed by the inflation caused by the currency “printing press”.

And i found launch control but the minimum is $500 a month, but they use cross-referencing data across sources to find the most accurate contact information by using a person's name and address to find their phone number, real address and email by accessing public databases, phone number directories, credit reports, utility bils, public tax records, and social media profiles. this is waaay expensive for me as a beginner. what do you suggest or if anyone has any suggestion I'd greatly appreciate it.??

All investors look forward to this concept I suppose, but curious if we'll see days ahead where 'nobody' (with regard to the general public) will want to buy real estate 'at any price' - as it seems to happen in other types of asset markets from time to time.

I am sure I will be very publicly wrong, and you all can make fun of me in two years, when stocks double and real estate prices crash 20% from here, but I just don't know how you can watch this industry, this closely, for this long, and not be raring to go in the current environment.
