Individuals might treat it like dorm rooms and keep snacks and personal items in their rooms in order to "safeguard" them. 

Maybe have the agent host a broker/agent only walkthrough with snacks before relisting.

@Brian Jackson I drink wheat grass juice first thing in the morning, then run 1 mile on the treadmill, then 30 grams of protein.

That being said, depending on odor there are other strategies to lock it in or neutralize it depending on the type of odor (acid/protein/uric/etc.).

Not because I want a personal relationship, but because moving sucks, so why not offer a snack and some water.Thanks for sharing your experience!

At the south end of the Malecon you will find crafts, arts, snacks, music, street performers and in general warm hospitality offered up by the local merchants.

One might wonder why BoA in NC didn't snap this snack up, but perhaps the "stress" is a bit high or something.

We talked a little and I suggested she start her shift with my office or do it when she felt like a break and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, soda , whatever was in the snack area and my secretary made a little section that said reserved for with her name.

It ensures I do not snack.
