I would love to do this in my area but the New York City market is really tough with prices that I think are way out of my league.

Mostly renting it out to schools/leagues/teams or having birthday parties for now.  

Fortunately, I was not able to afford their full mastery program which runs the price of an ivy league school's tuition.

The owners of the sports leagues and teams hold city governments hostage by threatening to leave without a new stadium being built which forces the city officials to deal with mobs of angry fans who buy into the BS marketing put out by the team that the stadium will "raise" revenue and "create" jobs and has all these benefits to the city.

Not to mention that you can take most ivy league college courses online for free minus any book you may purchase to go along with the course. 

That is not me, I am a real estate professional however proving it requires being an Ivy league experienced lawyer.

I have three degrees including a master from the ivy league and a top law school.  

My time used to be spent playing League of Legends a popular online video game but recently I have quit that and funneled that free time into learning more and more about REI.
