Meeting the team personally has some value but I have worked with dozens of investors who have never been to Memphis and never meet me face to face. 

That advice is to actually not push or pull but to figure out how she really wants support and try to meet her exactly where she currently is.

It also has a dashboard where you can see how far along you are with meeting the 750 hours requirement with at least 500 hours in material participation and 250 hours in general participation.
