It's a greasy game.Can't wait to clean this thing up by uploading hordes of free content and CASE STUDIES to starve out gurus.

Thanks to Brandon for bringing up those who 'eat cheeseburgers and sit on their couch watching Netflix', because shortly before the webinar I WAS in fact eating a burger (well, turkey burger no bun no cheese) and watching Netflix (I swear it's not my fault, American Horror Story is like watching a train wreck I just can't turn away).

They could also for instance have say 20 Domino's pizzas  but are adding their first Cheeseburger Bobby's concept so even though new concept for them and 1 location they are experienced in the food space.

After a 6-8 months of trying and failing, reading as many books as I could get my greasy hands on, and constantly networking and looking for properties I finally found a triplex I bought in August 2015. 

We removed the seriously charred material, and because smoke is greasy, I hired a fire damage cleaning company, that has lime green trucks, to come in and scrub down the plaster walls, ceilings, and floors, Of course any and all fibrous material such as carpets , and cork boards in the kitchen and kids rooms had been removed and disposed of .

I use it on greasy kitchen cabinets before repainting.Probably lots of other tips and favorites by other BP'ers as well.

And, if a tenant left the unit clean, then, hot dog, because that is very rare.I can see charging a tenant for cleaning if they just moved in and left within a couple of weeks for some reason and left it greasy, grimmey, and filthy.

The top of the kitchen cabinets had a half inch of greasy dirt.
