Specifically, Sections 4735.18(A)(24), 4735.18(A)(27) and 4735.18(A)(30) require a host of recordkeeping, reporting, and trust and security obligations, all of which we have reason to believe have been neglected by Jeff Swiecicki in connection with the Property Management Agreements.My attorney is still in communication with Jeff Swiecicki and we intend to litigate if he fails to return funds immediately.Based on these factual events and Jeff Swiecicki’s continued unprofessional and deceptive behavior, it is my strong recommendation to avoid doing business with him or any business associated with him.

Every company has atleast 1 person who leaves a negative review but what you fail to realize is that this is real estate.

If Don fails to pay, the bank will certainly go after me, it will at least ruin my credit and will likely take me to court.

The tenant fails to pay their last month's rent and leaves the place needing new flooring and paint.

I think there was some thinking on the part of "investors" that they were getting great deals on lots, when what was actually happening was they failed to realize how much lots were devalued after such a disaster.  

Should tenant fail to response, you would request a default judgment and under the proposed facts it would be granted in all likelihood.

Fail forward is generally just great life advice. 

RE is really a small business and the number 1 reason that small business's fail is lack of proper capitalization..

I'm sure they're legitimate company, but investors should just watch their 6 and make sure the process follows this order:- Docusign (fully executed)- Wire Money- Follow Up consistentlyIn my situation, the company failed to send a Docusign while also setting a deadline for signing was communicated.
