Don't ever keep someone that blatantly lies or regularly pays rent late.

The racism has become so blatant, right in your face. 

Hence it's the appropriate time to nip in the bud this blatant and transparent end run around longstanding Prop 13 that was overwhelmingly implemented by the people in their direct repudiation of governmental excesses. 

Never owning their shortcoming for blatant mistakes.   3 recent evictions...one property vandalized and they didn't take any responsibility for it etc etc etc.   

@Chris Seveney I would think that would be blatant fraud. 

It is only about 40 minutes to Disney, but most go to Mount Dora for the old Florida enjoyment away from blatant tourism of the plastic mouse ears.  

I've seen comps that were blatantly incorrect, claims of new roofs/furnace/etc that were not true, etc. 

So is the listing blatantly lying or what?

I feel like I am missing something blatantly obvious. 

I have another business outside of RE (marketing) and can't spend 2 hours per day / 5x per week networking...I've thought about direct mail to draw in investors (you can't blatantly ask on the first send), but  hear there's a lot of gray area.
