I would like to be ale to increase the investor's ratio.

We have a signed agreement of ale with tomorrow's date as the settlement date and we are in Pa if that matters?

Sorry ales can take a very long time,  sometimes up to a year.

I just have a LED light on inside and alternate.Overall, you can setup the home pretty well to keep tabs on it and such.

As an aside last winter was so cold ALL the Ginger Ale cans we left in our operating refrigerator froze & burst & my (Lakehouse) neighbor who keeps the heat on low had his propane tank freeze regardless & that was a $1500 repair including basement copper lines that split.NOW if the property has a sump pump that's another problem.

Not exact, but close enough for a 'cocktail napkin' sardined into a window seat spilling ginger ale on my keyboard. 

I also host one the third Friday of every month, this month looking at November 15 at Angry Ales in Montford.

However, I received a message from someone at a company called ALE Solutions (website here) asking if I'd be interested in renting for 6 months to a family displaced by a house fire, then going month-to-month after that while waiting to get back to their home.

The first meeting will be at Ale Emporium in Greenwood, In and will be on December 12th or 19th (Depending on what works best for people interested in attending) from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
