This domain is available and such names are easier to get and google algorithm reads a-b-c.com as abc.com so it doesn't make any difference if you own abc.com or a-b-c.com as long as you have targeted the right keywords with rich content on them.

Zillow has nothing more than an algorithm that can significantly mislead at times.
