It would be hard to cash flow on a 600k house that has 3600 in rent regardless of the broader economic situation going on in society. i find that when someone says BRRR doesn't work anymore they end up meaning it doesn't work well for the specific types of real estate that they want to buy.

If you think of it, all of our society is full of scam and hypocrisy.

Maybe consider getting a p.m. company that would do some boots on the ground and some research for you to find out what some of these issues could be because you are not close to the residence in the location, unless you can do some research yourself online, or consult with the historical Society of the area, look things up at the library, there are lots of different ways that you could start this process, but my point being that you may end up losing more money in the long run.

@Dan H. can hear it, too, cause I think I read a post of his about not believing integrity is low.You have to understand with society-- integrity is directly inverse with the money they are seeking.

So Agree Jeff many simply have no basic manners. and that can be from a texting society where brevity is all they know. 

Seeing as how in today's society the rich get richer and incomes aren't keeping up with the stock market, people in rich areas can afford richer rents.

This is a debt society and debt is money. 

Go out in society and evaluate how many have done it.

What drives me to work hard, is knowing that the more I do, the greater the impact on society I can create.

That's because they identify with most egregious crooks at the top of our society and believe that it's ok to defraud and steal and do crimes as long as you are a "big shot", it's just not ok for "low lives" to do the same.
