What he does and did is no reflection on you simply because you hold a similar license with the RE commission.I have no idea how good or bad of an agent you are, but the fact that you mix it up here with other invetors tells me you are more savvy and professional than most others.Bottom line here is I am not or did not attack your credibility or profesionalism, yet you insist on arguing that I must have done something wrong to deserve not getting the deal.

Luckily I have two new tenants in each unit that are signed for longer terms and I screened them using a profesional service, so I am confident that I made the right choice.

From a tax perspective it's great (consult a tax profesional, which I am not) as a cash-out refinance is NOT considered a sale event.
