We've been quite successful at exporting our inflation for years.

What I would do, is get an account with Airdna, (welcome to borrow mine, DM me if needs), filter for your area, export the revenue over the past 12 months, calculate the difference between each month i.e.

You export from one and import from the other.  

There are embedded cash flow projection functionalities with QuickBooks, but you can always export to spreadsheets to accommodate  your specific preferences.

It even exports to QuickBooks.

The limiting factor was that each listing needs to be manually considered and that Bright MLS limits me to exports of 5,000 lines at a time.

The exporting countries aren't paying anything. 

PS also does post cards, but mostly I export and skip trace then SMS.
