I am new to Joliet (and Illinois) and just bought my first duplex in the Cathedral area in December.

The property is 4300 sq. ft, 4 bdrms, 3.5 bth, in-law suite, gourmet kitchen, cathedral ceilings, wrap around deck...and so on.

Would anyone be interested in a property in Cathedral City, CA?

I found some turnkey properties that are in the Cathedral City area around $300k.

Just bought a townhouse on Iliff east of Peoria, and have been looking for electricians to address some shorted outlets and lighting issues we're having on the 16 foot high cathedral ceilings.

I suspect that there is usually large construction vehicles on the statue but the statue is so big, and the viewing is so far away, that it is hard to notice the construction vehicles.I have seen great cathedrals, great pyramids (Tikal among others), great buildings (Empire state building), great structures (Eifel Tower, Holt antenna array, Washington Monument, Old wall of Dobrovnik), other pretty good statues (mt Rushmore).  

I built a custom home last year in Northern NH for about $180/ft but that had a private well and septic with higher end finishes (quarts, custom cabinets, radiant heat, wood floors, ceramic tile, cathedral ceilings)

Its just south of crest hill and north of the cathedral district.

I will be using closed/open cell spray when I take down our ceiling and follow the original roof line for the cathedral ceiling in the living room/ kitchen area.  

It needs some extensive prep work and has cathedral ceilings.
