I' m in the Balkans now.

Picture your an oil oligarch in the Balkans and your making so much $$$$ every day that banks are calling saying you have too much $$$$ there and you must move some of it.

Imagine not being able to deduct a 3 million dollar cost to drill a well in the Balkans. 

Im curious of its future, and that of all of the balkans

Although from the rest of Balkan countries in the area Croatia will have the highest taxes because of its affiliation with the EU.

Somehow everyone who claimed that our forces were GROSSLY OVERTAXED and "spread too thin", and "losing the cream of the officer and NCO corps", when we had 20,000-30,000 troops in the Balkans, seem to see no problem with the current mess.But not too worry about Irag, it's "the war that will fund itself through oil revenue" WHOOPS, and "Mission Accomplished", WHOOPS, and "Democracy is messy", WHOOPS, and "you go to war with the troops and equipment you have" WHOOPS, and "we know EXACTLY where the WMD are", WHOOPS.

The stara zagora region is relatively undiscovered by tourists, despite the wealth of historical and cultural attractions and the fantastic scenery of the balkans and sredna gora mountains close by.

I'm guessing there are other areas where licensing is similarly balkanized.
