There's an idea that lawyers's primary job is to pound tables in courtrooms, so people think nothing of asking a lawyer their opinion about a legal matter as if that's just a small thing.

First one was chalked up to COVID but he was 63, had at least five major health issues, was 100+ pounds overweight, and didn't seem any medical treatment.

Perhaps this aspect of cheap masking tape would allow it to be used as a solution to this problem, leaving it on too long and then pulling off the unwanted brown paint.

Same thing happened to my rental here in Jacksonville..DEA, state marshals, doors and windows kicked in, machine guns and 100 pounds of weed, news crews...etc...a month later it was old news and the house was rented out again..

@Bryan Watkins  I liked eXp as a new agent since I was still splitting my time as an investor in the beginning and they had low fees with no pressure to "pound the pavement" right away. 

I know most texts are opened, yet do they convert to sales very well compared to unwanted phone calls?  

If you bought bacon for $2.21 a pound in 1990, should the grocer be required to honor that price today just because you're 65 and on oxygen?

I think it's becoming more and more obvious that I need to start pounding the pavement and looking for off-market properties

This takes a LOT of my time.If I went to get a judgement against this tenant for the balance of the lease (if I could even find them to serve court papers), the judge would tell me to go pound sand, absorb it as a business expense, go re-rent the apartment, move on with my life and quit bothering him with this "nonsense."
