I've thought about getting in touch with rescue and similar groups to contact the HOA to show the statistics and data on dog aggression and bites and possibly bring some such "bombproof" dogs by for a visit.

In retrospect, we didn't do as good a job on finishing touches as we should have and I have no doubt that hurt us a bit.
